Rolling Insert to Suit Richmond Safety Step

This rolling insert allows you to make your safety step mobile. With 4x spring loaded castors this step rolls with ease and sits flat on the ground as soon as you put weight on it. Allowing the step to be used safely with the insert still in place.

Installing this handy safety step insert is easy, simply:

1. Take the supplied castor and slide the included spring onto the shaft.
2. Slide the shaft of the castor (with the spring attached) through the mounting hole on the insert.
3. Once the shaft of the castor is through the mounting hole, fit the supplied washer from above.
4. Insert the split pin through the hole to secure the castor in place
5. Repeat for each of the castors
6. Place your safety step over the insert and get rolling
