Castrol Sheerol HTB Grease 2.5kg

Castrol HTB Grease is a water resistant high temperature Benton Clay based grease. It has been formulated to provide excellent oxidation/ corrosion protection and has an indefinite melting point making it suitable for lubricating bearings operating at high temperatures.

Conventionally thickened greases using Lithium, Sodium or Calcium soaps are limited to applications below their melting point temperatures. Castrol HTB is recommended for continuous operation up to 140 degC but may be used intermittently up to 200 degC. Continual use above these temperatures will shorten grease life and more frequent re-lubrication intervals maybe required.
